The Swing Tamp Print and Apply Labeler is rugged, utilizing a high-speed thermal transfer/direct thermal labeler to apply labels to a variety of packages. It’s swing arm length is custom-made, designed for the end user to ensure far enough reach on a conveyor.

The 3600a-PA Swing Tamp label applicator is capable of being used for both standard and fine-detailed printing of labels. So, no matter the packaging size, this label applicator will provide high clarity. The Swing Tamp is capable of printing at several different DPI print resolutions – 203, 305, 400 and 609.

Easy Set Up & Usability
Set up for the Swing Tamp label applicator couldn’t be easier – with the built-in micro plc controller and color touch screen HMI display, view all necessary information and operator controls with clarity and ease. The controller and touch screen also provide operators access to set up parameters.
The swing arm label applicator can also be fitted with an Allen Bradley PLC.
Swing Arm Application
CTM’s 3600a-PA Print and Apply Labeler is durable and versatile. Its construction is comprised of a heavy-duty rack and pinion dual cylinder rotary actuator to ensure that even stressful workloads are managable. The label applicator utilizes a swing arm to give the applicator the necessary length needed to reach out to products not at the edge of a conveyor.
