Different Print Engine Configurations

The CTM 3600a-PA printer applicator offers configurations with both Sato and Zebra print engines. Depending on the industry and workload the printer applicator will need to handle, each engine is tailored for their specific needs. Regardless of which one you choose, each one is geared toward high efficiency in the work place to provide continuous productivity.

Multiple Label Size Accommodations

3600a-PA Series Printer Applicator is capable of being used for both small and large size labels. Anything up to 7.1 inches wide is able to be fed into the print and apply machine. With its user-friendly display and plc control, you’ll always have quick access in order to set-up operating parameters based on the labels being used. This can also be accessed via remote input.

Different print engines handle different size labels. For the Sato print engine, the label size minimum is 1 inch wide by 1/4 inch long, up to 6.5 inch wide by 10 inch long. The Zebra allows anywhere from 1/2 inch wide by 1/2 inch long to 7.1 inch wide by 10 inch long.

Multiple Print Resolution and Speeds

Whatever you need to print, the 3600a is able to accommodate. The 3600a-PA series can print at DPI resolutions of 203 DPI, 305 DPI and 600 DPI. Print speeds can also be programmed up to 12 inches per second, dependent on DPI.

The CTM 3600a-PA printer applicator is also capable of utilizing fonts of various sizes and styles with independent height and width expansion. Industry standard OCR A/B font also included.

Various Bar Code Types

Regardless of the industry you need to print bar code labels for, the 3600a-PA series printer applicator is able to handle the task. The CTM 3600a-PA series has support for the following label types: EAN 8/13, Code 39, Code93, UPC A/E (with extensions), Code 128, 2 of 5, Maxicode, DataMatrix, PDF417, MicroPDF, CODABAR, MSI, and POSTNET. Regardless of whether you need bar codes for consumable goods, badges or anything in between, the 3600a-PA label applicator has the versatility to fulfill your needs
